Can you come to my work?
Yes. Home, work or the roadside. As long as the car is parked somewhere I can safely get at it, I can work on it.
I have broken down. What do I do first?
Get yourself somewhere safe, hazards on if you are on the road. Then ring or WhatsApp me with where you are and what the car is doing.
Do you fix it on the spot?
Most jobs, yes, right off the van. If it needs a part I do not carry or a proper ramp, I will tell you up front, not halfway through the job.
How fast can you get to me?
Depends where you are and what is already booked in. Ring me and I will give you an honest time, not a guess.
How do I pay?
Ask when you ring and I will talk you through it before I start the job.
